Contributor submits the accompanying material to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, "NASA," for use in connection with the assembly by NASA of a world wide web page titled "GPS Applications Exchange." Contributor has the right to authorize and hereby authorizes NASA and/or its contractor to use the submitted material to assemble the web page for the demonstration of global position system applications and advantages, to reformat or otherwise edit such submitted material in order to assemble or post the web page, and to display the submitted material as part of the web page for non-commercial purposes on the world wide web.
